Job Description:

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
• Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques.
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's.
• Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work.
• Delivering operational KPI's at the expected quality and accuracy levels by adhering to the quality framework.
• Keeping self up to date with process changes.
• Enhance and Develop Daily, Weekly and Periodic reports and dashboards using Advanced excel, VBA (Visual Basics for Applications).
• Debug and support reports running with Excel, VBA and SQL.
• Identifying areas of improvement to provide better information.
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify problems and collaborate with them to provide solutions.
• Basic Numeracy Skills.
• Logical Reasoning.
• Eye-to-Detail - Skilled.
• Any Graduate.
• Prescribed process framework.
