Job Description:

• Ensuring timely book closure every month by completing key month end activities.
• Preparation of schedules for key expenses and balance sheet items.
• Review of GL to ensure appropriateness and completeness of accounting.
• Perform Inter-company reconciliation and ensure completeness of all transaction.
• Assist in consolidation process.
• Take lead in preparation of financial statements including notes to accounts for the entities assigned.
• First point of contact for all internal and external audit queries and ensure timely completion of quarterly review and yearly audit requirements.
• Assist legal and compliance team with required support to ensure corporate compliance including MCA, RBI and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist the reporting manager in preparation of various management and MIS presentations.
