Job Description:
· Receive Bid information and compile Bid Books with all pertinent project information.
· Maintain Bid Calendar and track bid opportunities.
· Take/transcribe meeting minutes.
· Maintain Subcontractor and Vendor pre-qualification database.
· Coordinate Subcontractor and Vendor Pricing Solicitations.
· General office duties as directed by supervisor.
. Instrumentation/Electrical Engineer
. Holds the required level of knowledge as a Auto CAD user.
. Understands technical aspects for job role
. Capable of reviewing project documents i.e., drawings and specifications.
. Responsible for quantity take-off for respective services.
. Ensures all quantities are correct as per drawings.
. Is able to review relevant documentations/ drawings/ reports and highlight details.
. Is responsible for/ or assists in, filling tender documentation, sending out enquiries and follow up with the required parties.
