Job Description: 

• Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
• Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
• Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
• Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
• Timely distribution of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & any other Products.
• Effective control & minimize the damages.
• Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
• Strict implementation of Statutory & SOP.

• Basic information about cattle feed market.
• How to develop new Market.
• Should call new & existing clients.
