RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibilities as a TechShop Front Desk: 
  • Managing invoicing process[store level]
  • Taking assignments from the General Manager and reporting every day
  • Maintaining a customer service delivery among with all Front Desk staff
  • Store-level financial transactions
  • Tracking corporate membership and reporting out
  • preparing bank deposits and see Auditing cash 
  • Auditing all Front Desk processes with accuracy and completeness of given task
  • You can Create and implement the training modules for front desk processes 
  • Managing all Front Desk staff 
  • To ensure the professional and efficient delivery of services with the TechShop’s members, clients and visitors
