Job Description:
TechShop is one of the leading company to organize the people to lead the team of our front desk crew.It is one of the core team of 7 departments so you need a high qualified degree for work with here.Here you may supervise a small crew of 3 to 5 people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities as a TechShop Front Desk:
- Managing invoicing process[store level]
- Taking assignments from the General Manager and reporting every day
- Maintaining a customer service delivery among with all Front Desk staff
- Store-level financial transactions
- Tracking corporate membership and reporting out
- preparing bank deposits and see Auditing cash
- Auditing all Front Desk processes with accuracy and completeness of given task
- You can Create and implement the training modules for front desk processes
- Managing all Front Desk staff
- To ensure the professional and efficient delivery of services with the TechShop’s members, clients and visitors

- Must have an Experience with QuickBooks, Google Apps, and Adobe software
